How to perform a yoni massage: 3 rules from an experienced masseur
Many articles have been written about what a yoni massage is and how to perform it. However, we decided to delve deeper. We asked our female masseur Dominik to reveal what needs to be done to make a yoni massage unforgettable.
Take your time
It’s better to start the massage with a gentle introduction to the body; oil isn’t necessary at first. Gently and carefully, touch the back, arms, and legs with your palms; you can also use your forearms. Continue to connect with the woman through a head massage—gently massage the scalp with your fingers: the crown, nape, behind the ears, and neck area.
After a light “dry” massage, you can oil your hands and proceed with a gentle body massage: start with the hands, pausing at the palms and fingers, then smoothly move up the forearm to the shoulders. Pay attention to the neck and shoulders—these areas are often very tense, and their massage is very relaxing. All movements should be smooth and flow into one another.
Tip from the masseur:
If the woman has cold hands, wrap her palm in your hands, gently press, and warm it with your hot breath.
Don’t forget the rest of the body
After massaging the hands and shoulders, you can move on to the back—continue with smooth strokes, using your forearms. Gently knead the shoulder blades and sides with your fingertips. Pay attention to the lumbar region, and after outlining the body with your palms, move down to the legs.
It’s best to start foot massage from the outside. This is important because our goal is to gradually increase arousal, and there are far more trigger points on the inside of the foot than on the outside. Massage the toes and the outside of the foot with your palms, then move to the inside—here you can use your forearms. Carefully knead the foot from heel to toes.
The calf muscles can be gently warmed up with rubbing and light pinching. Pay special attention to the ankles. Lift the calf and start massaging it with your palms from the knee to the foot, using stretching and wrapping motions with your fingers.
Tip from the masseur:
You can work more intensively on the outside of the calf. There are quite a few blood vessels on the inside, so it’s better not to press or pinch too hard here.
When you’ve finished massaging the calves, move up to the thighs and buttocks. Here you can add more contact, more wrapping movements with your palms and forearms. Don’t skimp on the oil and pay special attention to the inner thighs—this is a very sensitive erogenous zone, and its massage is highly arousing. The buttocks can be massaged with kneading, rubbing, and pinching motions with the fingers and palms.
Yoni requires gentleness and graduality
Once you’ve established contact with the woman’s body, massaged her, and relieved tension, you can proceed to the yoni massage. While massaging the body, gently spread the woman’s legs so that you have comfortable access to the intimate area. You can start when the woman is lying on her stomach.
Continue massaging the inner thighs and buttocks, gently touching the intimate area with your fingers and the edge of your palm. Begin to linger around the groin area with gentle circular motions. You can lightly touch the anal opening, but the main thing is to avoid force and abrupt movements.
Tip from the masseur:
Don’t forget about contact with the body—while one hand is massaging the yoni, the other is caressing or gently massaging the buttocks, thighs, and calves.
Even when the woman is lying on her stomach, you can start stimulating the clitoris with your fingers. Try gently massaging the entrance to the vagina by inserting a finger between the small labia. You will notice that natural lubrication starts to form. At this point, you can penetrate the vagina with your thumb, pressing against its front wall while continuing to stimulate the clitoris with the other fingers.
Tip from the masseur:
To make it more comfortable to stimulate the clitoris while the woman is lying on her stomach, place a pillow under her belly and slide your hand under her thigh. This way, your fingers will reach the clitoris directly.
If it’s not comfortable for you to massage the yoni while the woman is lying on her stomach, turn her onto her back. Then, you can also massage her legs, thighs, breasts, abdomen, or try the “body-to-body” technique. However, if the woman is already very aroused, don’t miss this moment.
Continue stimulating the clitoris; the movements should be massaging and circular. You can slow down or speed up—observe the woman’s reactions. Find the bump inside the vagina on its front wall with your finger and start stimulating it without stopping the clitoral massage. This way, you will gradually lead her to orgasm.
When the woman reaches climax, show care. Give a light massage to the outer thighs, groin, and abdomen, and gently stroke her hands from the shoulders to the fingertips.
