Bronze Level
Welcome to the beginning of your journey with our loyalty program! As a new member at the Bronze level, you instantly receive a welcome bonus of 50 carrots. With each visit, you'll earn a 2% cashback in the form of carrots (1 carrot = 1 CZK). After reaching 9 visits, you will automatically advance to the next level.
Silver Level
Once you move to the Silver level, you'll start earning a 5% cashback on every visit. This bonus allows you to collect carrots even faster, which you can redeem on your next visit. After 19 visits, you will advance to the highest level and unlock the best benefits of our program.
Gold Level
After reaching 19 visits, you transition to the Gold level. Here, you'll receive the maximum 10% cashback on every visit. This level is for our most loyal customers. Every visit brings not only relaxation but also significant savings thanks to the accumulated cashback.

Your visits will start accumulating right from your first visit, as long as you have added the loyalty card to your mobile wallet. Additionally, as a bonus for installing the loyalty card, you’ll receive 50 CZK on your account, which you can use on your next visit!
- Bronze Level (1–9 visits): You earn 2% cashback on each visit.
- Silver Level (10–19 visits): You earn 5% cashback on each visit.
- Gold Level (19+ visits): You earn 10% cashback on each visit.
You can easily track how many visits you have left to reach the next level on the back of your loyalty card.
Cashback is added as a percentage based on your current loyalty level and the total amount spent. The calculation includes the full amount, including any extra services you order during the visit.
Example of cashback calculation:
The client is at the Silver level (5% cashback).
- Body-to-body massage (1 hour) costs 2100 CZK.
- Additional service – prostate massage costs 500 CZK.
- Total spent:
2100 CZK + 500 CZK = 2600 CZK
Cashback at the Silver level is 5% of the total amount, so:
2600 CZK × 0.05 = 130 CZK cashback.
Result: After this visit, the client will accumulate 130 CZK in cashback, which can be used on the next visit.
